Prepared from freshly collected bovine plasma. Bovine Factor X, when activated via the contact factor pathway or tissue factor pathway, is responsible for the conversion of Prothrombin to Thrombin. The protein purity is determined by SDS-PAGE and shows complete reduction upon incubation with 2-mercaptoethanol.
